- First line contact B2B and B2C.
- Create and execute project work plans and review as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Identify resources needed and assign individual responsibilities. Internal and external workflow (18 people team).
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Review deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
- Minimize exposure and risk on project.
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Project Accounting: budget confection, negotiation and managing.
- Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
- Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensure timely and accurate invoicing, and monitor receivables for project.
- Follow up with clients, when necessary, regarding unpaid invoices.
- Analyze project profitability, revenue, margins, bill rates and utilization.
- Monitor web hosting (hosting management, web server, mailbox creation and mail accounts, ftp, stats), content of the corporate website and mailing.
