Hello,

I’m a bilingual professional with a strong background in customer services and translations, a person who likes to communicate and learn more.

I achieved an Associate’s Degree in Modern Languages from IUTAV and my previous work experience includes working as a freelance translator, bilingual helpdesk, and product advisor.

In 2010 I joined International Institute of Informatics and Systemics´s Organization, basically my duties were call and email clients that were interested in publish their thesis through the organization's magazine in fields such as sciences, physic and mathematics.

In 2011 I worked as a product advisor in OpenEnglish.com and my duties were manage a data base, make inbound – outbound calls, offer the product to potentials clients, give information, cost, and reject objections.

I currently work at Duolingo.com as a SDR Latam, and my duties are : Call Vice Chancellors, Professors and others academics members in Latin America Universities, in order to set meetings with the Regional Managers. Aditionally,  manage a data base in Salesforce, make outbounds calls through Skype, write emails and others activities related to the job.

I look forward to the opportunity to expand my current role and gain more experience as a freelancer.
