During my career in the Marketing business I have always focused on implementing a systematic approach to optimize the speed and quality of the companies' model I worked with.

As a Process Consultant for Wings4U I am helping them to establish and improve their processes around the Marketing Content production. Being involved in this gave me a 360º view of the whole company, from Sales to Production, from Hiring to Finances.

Did you ever feel that you are riding a wave of a new paradigm?

Yes, I did. In my past role as Microsoft Social Selling PM I see how the culture of Sales is changing. The sellers need to understand that cold calls are out.

The question "how can I help you?" needs to dissapear because with Social Media the seller can know his prospect's needs and his prospect's thoughts. Evangelize about this new methodology is not easy, but the results are crystal clear: Social Sellers generate +38% oppties than Non Social Sellers.

After more than 5 years involved in the Marketing world I finally see how Sales & Marketing are working together and more synergistic.

What about before that Matias?

Well, I had been working for Wunderman for almost 6 years in different projects. I had the chance of working in each step of a Marketing campaign, from building a segmented database from the ground up to measuring the ROI of the execution. I have learned to manage projects with different Agile Methodologies and to have a big picture from inputs to outputs.

And...?

* Wings4U s.r.o. (Marketing & Advertising): Under the concept of #WorkAnywhere, Wings4U has an amazing team all around the world offering B2B Marketing services to big companies like Microsoft, Twitter and Oracle.
My role in the company is to establish and speed up the processes helping the whole team to improve their daily workload. Using PODIO (Citrix platform) as a spine of our automations we connect every part of the company in only one space (Sales, Production, Outsourcing, etc).
I also contribute on other projects like Internal Marketing (based on Hubspot), Social Selling campaigns and more.
Working with this excellent worldwide team helped me growing in both professional and personal areas.
