Master en Dirección de Marketing y Gestion Comercial de EAE Business School (Barcelona, ES).  También soy licenciado en Comunicaciones y periodista de la Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (Chile).

Historia laboral
* EVOLUX Lighting Company (Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing): In EVOLUX I have a double function, I would say. Besides the regular marketing duties, as a Product Manager, many of my current responsibilities refer to customer research, industry analysis, trends and competitive activity, which lead to set the product's strategies. Im also doing sales training about LED to illumination distributors, setting up market strategies and preparing communicating messages.

* Forbo Pisos Ltda. (Building Materials): I was called out to help the brazilian division of Forbo. My current work is to build, grow and manage communities around the Forbo brand and make it more visible, which currently implies a work in SEO and community management terms.

As a community manager, my duty includes to make presence of the brand and keep track of the "vibrations from the community", such like Twitter, Facebook and other popular sources to sense the slightest disturbances in the company-customer.

As a SEO expert, im continously working in Social Media plus other key platforms, such like Adwords, Analytics, Webmaster Tools, among others

* Forbo Pavimentos S.A. (Building Materials): I was recruited by Forbo Spain to organize and develop the marketing department. Although the Forbo brand is highly recognized in the construction area, it had no presence in the media nor internet terms.

Therefore, I built a project for managing the company’s interactions with current and future customers in Spain and Latinamerica. It has involved media tools to organize, automate, and synchronize marketing, customer service, and technical support.

Technically it might be called Industrial Marketing, because besides organizing events, I have to perform a business to business (B2B) marketing, do some branding, plus keep track and measure campaigns over multiple channels, such as email, search, social media, telephone and direct mail. These systems track clicks, responses, leads, deals.
Also, I am in charge to announce new features and accomplishments of the company and the customers, watch over threads.

Another important duty is the search engine optimization (SEO), which implies I have developed in a very intensive way. My work has based on un-paid organic search, which during this time has improved in a dramatic way the the visibility of Forbo Spain. For companies looking to use part of their marketing budget online, it is a great opportunity to gain traffic to websites including social media or e-commerce sites without spending a dime.
