I have seven years of Hotel Revenue Management background. My market strengths are NYC, Hawaii, Miami, Washington DC and Boston. I do also write standard operating procedures for small businesses that need more structure for their employees on the customer service side (call center/answering service area). Over all I have 16 years in the travel industry all in hospitality and also have two years of account management experience in OTA (Online Travel Agency) industry. Additionally, I am a Director of Operations at a Nearshore Call Center. I have great experience in managing campaigns from start to finish and client relationship management to ensure that the clients goals are being met in all the call center matrix's. I create processes and procedures and SOP's as well.
