* DoWhale: - Manage Software Development: planning and execution of requirements agreed with customers using Agile methodologies - Manage all aspects of projects besides development, including scope of services, service risks, costs, communication and teams geographically dispersed; logistics and meeting deadlines were also part of the main scope. - Work with different type of contracts: fixed price, time & materials, staff augmentation and POCs (proof of concept) - Manage staffing and recruiting processes onshore and offshore, including people relocation management. - Actively leads performance assessment processes by interacting with customers and teams, involved with career path development for each employee. - Risk Management methodology implementation - Administrative tasks related with Project Management, including: P&L, billing, forecasting, PA (performance Assessments) PIP (Performance Improvement Plans), C-SAT (customer satisfaction surveys), quality assurance and compliance. - Reporting: provide and update several reports not limited to Status Reports, Metrics, Performance and Quality, Risk & Issues Metrics, etc. - Direct communication with customers providing service status visibility, change management requests. Involvement with client’s internal policies and procedures to ensure minimal compliance for employees and vendors.
