My professional development was primary focused on the acquisition of management, leadership, team work and coaching & mentoring, outsourcing and innovative business consultant skills and competencies. My long therm goal are to achieve and gain experience on different industries. I’ve held several positions managing teams from 30 to 150 people. My objective is to embrace challenges that make me change and enhace my mind-set of how to solve problems. I was assigned to design and develop the Quality and R+D department, being the main objective to provide cross-functional services to the rest of the Business Unit’s departments with the aim to address efforts for the coming quality certifications (ISO, eSCM, etc.). During the mentioned period the team I managed successfully certified ISO 9000:2001 and 20000, e-SCM and the bi-annual revalidation of Premio Nacional de Calidad. On the other hand, I grouped the R+D team in order to work with the entire Business Unit in regards of Innovation and Intellectual Capital. My main role is to keep the master project plan up-to-date and facilitate my team has the required resources to work with their own projects.

On this assignment I have three mayor responsibilities: * Lead the regional efforts in order to successfully reach service levels for a key client. * Manage an IT factory dedicated to outsource desktop management services, which the more complex objective were to re-create the human resources group and create new innovative offer to our customers. * Create, lead and manage the crisis committee of one of our larges accounts that was having delivery disruptions. After running the C.C. the services was successfully restored.

During this assignment, my main responsibilities were to lead the IT delivery teams in order to provide 24 * 7 coverage for US, Canada and Europe. During my management the team growth 200% and +20 new accounts arrive to our house.

    IBM (Information Technology and Services) // - desde 10/2008//
I was in charge of one of the teams providing remote and unattended software installation, taking care of customers in US and Canada. I was in charge of the recruiting of human resources, as well as the business development for Tivoli Configuration Manager family products. Main responsibilities were to create an operational model in order to engage the right human,technological and procedural resources to different IT delivery teams to provide 24*7 service coverage for all our customers. During my assignment the team growth 200% and +20 new accounts arrive to our Business Unit.
