Essential duties and responsibilities include: coordinate heavy transportation, follow up orders, issue invoices and purchase orders, issue quotes upon customer request, complete administrative support to the company, gather all required information for corporate & sales tax, accounts receivable, accounts payable. Check email on a daily basis, customer service, credit card payments, bank reconciliations, claims.

•    Analyze shipping and handling spending to determine potential cost savings
•    Identify new ways of working with suppliers
•    Management of existing supplier and customer’s relationships
•    Renegotiation of supplier quotations when required
•    Offers and reports preparation
•    Study the relevant markets to look for potential customers (Looking for companies that wanted to
outsource their purchasing process: Industrial supplies- MRO Items-Machinery-Parts)
•    Review orders for accuracy and compliance
•    Information management (in order to manage and give accurate information to report)
