I've been leading digital projects (online stores, corporate websites, mobile apps, social media apps…) for more than ten years.  I've worked for national and international brands such as Diageo, Vodafone, MasterCard, L'Oreal, Warner Home Video, General Motors, Coca-Cola, Movistar, Carrefour, Caprabo... I've also helped local businesses launch and grow their online stores from scratch, and do consultancy projects for companies who want to start their digital transformation or just start adding online campaigns to their marketing plan.
I'm currently working as User Experience, CRO and eCommerce at iberia.com, and as e-Commerce and m-Commerce Professor at Madrid Chamber of Commerce.

I completed my education studying Interaction Design, Usability, Project Management, Wireframing, eCommerce, Online Marketing (SEO , SEM, Display, Content Management , Social Media Marketing, Mobile Marketing ... ).

In addition to having a Master in Digital Business, I'm constantly studying marketing, programming and design. This mix of different skills makes it very easy for me, on the one hand, to understand business problems and customer needs; and on the other, to translate them into successful digital products.

* Iberia (Aeronáutica/Aviación): User Experience analysis, monitoring and design for all the digital assets within Iberia: website, mobile apps, airport kiosks...

•    E-commerce Conversion Rate Optimization: user interaction analytics using tools such as Google Analytics Premium and IBM Tealeaf in order to find customer struggles as well as system errors, and find solutions focused on increasing the conversion rate and the user satisfaction.
•    Traffic optimization: Measurement and analysis of the performance of users according to the traffic source, in order to optimize the expense on new customers attraction.
•    AB Testing and Multivariable Testing (using javascript and css) focusing on the purchase funnel, in order to improve the customer’s experience and increase the conversión rate, using Maxymiser (Oracle) and Google Experiments.
•    UX definition (wireframes and interaction design) for website processes improvement and new online products or services’ developments.
•    Working on the new responsive website’s user experience definition for iberia.com and  the mobile apps.
•    Designing the brand new omnichannel customer experience for "Puente Aereo" within the digital assets: web, mobile apps and airport kiosks.
•    Defining the new Iberia Plus' digital experience for web and mobile.

* Cámara de Comercio, Industria y Servicios de Madrid (Desarrollo y comercio internacional): This course is aimed at workers and entrepeneurs who wish to manage an online business within their Company or launch an e-Commerce from scratch.
