As a Sr. PM, I was responsible to manage IT and Infrastructure projects.
Managed the Construction of a New Call Center for 1,000 employees + within 2 phases to support growth. Worked with local and global environments; responsible to coordinate, plan, create and execute internal processes. Business development: 2 new BPO (Business Process Owners) engagements to extend and cover our business growth needs. Creation of a Project Management Academy in house to help leaders and members to grow within the company. Risk, Problem and Change Management coordinator. Continuous improvement for both current and new processes.
