As an Account Manager my focus is to understand the customer's demands and plan how to meet them. In that sense, I work to build and maintain strong customer relationships looking for the best technological options for each project and requirement. Besides that, I try to negotiate the best commercial conditions for them, being an interface between customers and different brands like Cisco, VMware, Fortinet, DELL EMC and others.
Finally but not least, we have a Rule: If I dont have an answer at the moment, I'll find the right person to help us and I will learn it. I support myself in a great technical and commercial team, so we take each challenge as a learning always doing our best effort.
