• Played different roles in the organization as Operations, Service leader & L2/L3 support engineer for a large financial company (GE Treasury) managing human and technical resources.

• During my labor in Softtek:
o Defining strategy to deliver effective services to meet customer’s outcomes and managing such services for compliance of the deliverables and SLAs.
o Continuous coaching, guidance and Knowledge transfer to team members.
o Improving customer’s processes in Mainframe scope applying DMAIC methodology (Softtek’s Kintana ticket #1789351) which saved hard dollars in GE Treasury financial organization
o Improving customer’s processes by migrating a complete mainframe scope to TIBCO technology by saving hard dollars to the GE Treasury organization.
o Author of Project for enhancement the knowledge transfer within the L2 team supporting GE Treasury financial services by creating a Web Page for auto-training.
o Supporting Banking and Internet oriented projects.
o Developed, released and deployed software for getting customer processes automated; based on C++, C#, Visual Basic, SQL server and APPWORX
