•    Leveraged PMP, Six Sigma and ITIL certified experiences to manage re-engineering projects involving the redesign of core business processes to achieve improvements in productivity, cycle times and quality
•    Management simultaneous software development projects with budgets between 1 to 3 million dollars by leading cross-functional activities and achieving project scheduled goals in a timely manner

* Join Business Global Group: Creation and implementation of a Project Management Office. Implementation of the PMI’s methodology to ensure the correct execution of project management for projects of multiple line of business among which the following stand out: Investment Banking, Private Equity Investment Fund, SOFOM (non-bank lending and finance institution), Tax, Legal, Audit, Accounting, BPO and IT
•    Define processes, methodologies and standards of Portfolios, Programs and Projects management.
•    PMO web tool development on a Corporate Web Portal ( for managing organization’s projects
•    Ensure control of ongoing corporate projects guaranteeing the achievement of the expected objectives
•    Work with the CEO to develop the portfolio management strategy for relevant area of business.
