School Services Associate: International Baccalaureate (2013-2017)
Administer IB Docs platform for the region, centralizing requests to make changes to the system, to provide support to the school services team ensuring that educators, schools and staff have proper access and relevant documents are available, completed, and uploaded/downloaded as necessary.
Manage the department’s use of SOS (Salesforce), designing relevant layouts, centralizing data input and output to provide support to the school services team, serving as the department’s data steward across all systems.
Maintains updated data for the department in a variety of systems and readily reports to internal stakeholders.
Manage the service relationship with other regional office teams to ensure that the service fully integrates with the needs and service commitments of the rest of the organization.
Manage the name change, relocation, restructuring requests from schools, manage the termination of candidate schools and assist in the termination of authorized schools.
School Services Administrator: International Baccalaureate (2009-2013)
Provide support to the manager and associate manager regarding the authorization and evaluation processes in the region. (head, managers, associate man, and assoc).
Provide support to the managers and associate managers in regards to the management of the day to day operations, budgeting and administrative functions of the department. (head, managers, associate man, and assoc).
Oversee the administration of IB Docs to ensure efficient access and use to internal and external stakeholders.
Call Center: "Teleperformance" - Motorola Cellular phones technical support (2006-2009)
Provide support to the external stakeholders helping them solve issues with their phones and transfer them to the right departments when necessary.
Explain stakeholders the company policies and help them to understand them in case they have any doubts.
