Here´s a summary of some of the work I´ve done.
* Pecore Cía. Ltda.: A lamb meat processing-and-selling company. Among it´s primary clients are high-class restaurants and important hotels.
In this 3 years we have consolidated a great base of satisfied clients, with the highest quality product in the market. Nowadays, we´re expanding our business into developing new products of similar sort (delicious gourmet meats and by-products!) and reaching final customers through supermarket chains.
* IDS: The principal GIS software distributor in Ecuador. I served as business consultant to the Directors of the company in aspects such as restructuring departments, processes efficiency, business strategy and sales&marketing planning. Now, they are selling more than two million dollars a year. Nothing bad for a company that had to be restructured from top to bottom!
* Ecuafranq S.A.: A medium size company in Food and Beverage industry. I was responsible for establishing corporate marketing strategies, developing and executing marketing activities in order to reach the company goals, in terms of sales contribution and brand equity. My primary areas of responsibility were: marketing communications -which include advertising and promotion- product development, pricing and market research.
