As Marketing is such a very broad -and beautiful- social science (oh yes, it is a science!), in these 7 years of experience as a Marketing Consultant, I have opted to focus -and be an specialist- in:

* Financial planning and Budgeting
* Sales Management
* Customer Service
* E-marketing (this one is my most recently field of focus and improvement)

Mostly, I have directed my experience to SMEs (PyMEs) development, mainly in industries such as Direct Advertising, Food and Beverage, Software Distribution and Software Development.

For me, it´s all about bringing real value: to clients, to customers, to businesses. And that´s exactly what I endeavor to do: bring true value to the market.

Debido a que el Marketing es una ciencia social muy amplia -y bella, en estos 7 años que tengo de experiencia como Consultor de Marketing, me he enfocado en ser un especialista de:

Prácticamente, mi experiencia se ha centrado en el desarrollo de empresas PyMEs, en su mayoría participantes de las industrias: Publicidad, Alimentos y Bebidas, Franquicias, Distribución de Software y Desarrollo de Software.

Para mí, todo se trata de entregar verdadero valor: al cliente, a los consumidores, a las empresas, a las personas en general. Y eso es lo que hago; trato de proporcionar genuino valor a mis clientes, al igual que a mi red social.
Historia laboral
Here´s a summary of some of the work I´ve done.

* Pecore Cía. Ltda.: A lamb meat processing-and-selling company. Among it´s primary clients are high-class restaurants and important hotels.

In this 3 years we have consolidated a great base of satisfied clients, with the highest quality product in the market. Nowadays, we´re expanding our business into developing new products of similar sort (delicious gourmet meats and by-products!) and reaching final customers through supermarket chains.

* IDS: The principal GIS software distributor in Ecuador. I served as business consultant to the Directors of the company in aspects such as restructuring departments, processes efficiency, business strategy and sales&marketing planning. Now, they are selling more than two million dollars a year. Nothing bad for a company that had to be restructured from top to bottom!

* Ecuafranq S.A.: A medium size company in Food and Beverage industry. I was responsible for establishing corporate marketing strategies, developing and executing marketing activities in order to reach the company goals, in terms of sales contribution and brand equity. My primary areas of responsibility were: marketing communications -which include advertising and promotion- product development, pricing and market research.
