A logo for an online store

I would like to comission a logo for an online store that I'm building whose domain name is treats.global and the name of the business will be treats global.
This is an online store that sells exotic treats from different countries globally around the world, so we import from all countries and export to all countries. As an example, Japan's matcha KitKats being sold online and globally, or even more exotic products like limited edition Cokes sold in China and the like.
The first thing I would like to do is discuss the logo and the overall theme of the website with the designer and also discuss the process.
