Agradezco me colabore cotizando el desarrollo de las dos tareas indicadas, para poder tomar una decisión ya que necesito que la pagina este al aire  y funcionando.

Yo tengo los accesos de Cpanel y accesos de l administrador de contenidos.

Actualmente cuando uno abre la pagina:  waypsy.com  sale como insegura pero creo que es por que no esta actualizado el joomla .
