1. I need a Review System For users For my already existing Web app. Users are able to rate and write a review of each users.
2. I need Users to be able to send money to each other through my platform. (Escrow system)
User B Pays for service through the app after booking service. The money is held in escrow.

User A Requests money..  A verification script is done to check if user A completed the service. Money is Withdrawn from escrow account to user A's account. When transfering money to User A's account 7% or a small fee is charged and paid to the service provider.(
