We are looking for a part-time Ads Manager Assistant to help manage and optimize Google Ads and Facebook Ads campaigns for our digital marketing clients. You will be responsible for weekly campaign maintenance, tracking setup (Pixel, GA4, Tag Manager), and reporting.

The ideal candidate is experienced with paid media and performance analysis, and is highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Your responsibilities will include:
Weekly optimization of Facebook and Google Ads campaigns

Setup and troubleshooting of:

Meta Pixel & Conversions API

Google Tag Manager (GTM)

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

Event tracking configuration and testing (standard/custom events)

Monitoring key performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions)

Preparing weekly client reports using Google Looker Studio (Data Studio)
Coordinating with our team via Google Chat and Asana

Project overview

We are a growing marketing agency working with clients across multiple industries. Our current team is strong on creative and strategy, but we’re looking for someone reliable to take ownership of campaign execution, optimization, and tracking tasks on a weekly basis. This is a long-term, part-time remote role with flexible hours (approx. 10–20 hours per week to start). You will be working with clear SOPs, tools, and weekly deliverables. Familiarity with GoHighLevel (GHL) is a big plus but not mandatory. If you’re experienced, data-driven, and comfortable working independently within ad platforms and analytics tools — we’d love to hear from you.
