Ajustar logo ya existente para personalizar App

Ya tenemos un logo exitente ,  vamos a comprar la aplicacion para el mobil y para la pagina web , el desarrollador requiere que se le envie  los logotipos de diferentes medidas en formato PNG , se requieren ajutar el logo ya existe a las medidas especificas al rededor de 10 -13.
En algunas solo es ajustar el tamaño del logo actual y en otro crear o recortar el logo tipo.

El candidato debe ser capaz de hacer se progamar lo que pide el programador :
