Ajuste script não funciona no Chrome

Bom dia,
Instalei um script no meu servidor, ele funciona perfeitamente no Fire Fox e no Internet Explorer. Mas não funciona no Chrome, quando eu digito o endereço no chrome ao invés de acessar o site o Chrome faz Download da página.

Pelo que pesquisei deve ser erro no arquivo css.. Não tenho certeza!
