The analysis should specifically concentrate on the critical tooth region and root area to identify stress concentrations. The project aims to thoroughly evaluate the structural performance of the gear under specified loading conditions and pinpoint potential failure regions. The simulation must provide the following detailed outputs: Contact Pressure, Maximum Shear Stress, Frictional Stress, Fatigue Damage, Fatigue Life, Safety Factor, Maximum Principal Stress, Maximum Principal Elastic Strain, Total Deformation, Equivalent Elastic Strain, and Equivalent (von-Mises) Stress.
