Api de correção de dados de geolocalização baseada no Rtklib

I need to create an API to be installed on a Windows server. This API must have a header and require an authentication password. It will receive 4 pieces of information as parameters: latitude, longitude and altitude. Upon receiving this information, the API must query a database table in a PostgreSQL database. This table will also contain latitude, longitude, and altitude values, which I will call "fixed" information. With this fixed information and the variable information received from a mobile device, the api must perform the geolocation correction using the rtklib library. RTKLIB takes these 6 pieces of information as parameters and returns corrected latitude, longitude and altitude values. Once the corrected information is obtained, the API must insert it into the database.

Note that rtklib is a commonly used software library for gnss (global navigation satellite system) differential processing to achieve higher positioning accuracy.
The built api must communicate with the rtklib to send and receive information.
