Tenho uma ferramenta que gera informações em Excel, mas posso criar uma API para entregá-las. A partir destas informações, preciso de enviá-las para o SalesForce via API que i) identifique se a pessoa já está cadastrada e cadastrar se não estiver; ii) verificar se o atendimento já foi criado e se não estiver, realizar o cadastro com base nas informações obtidas.
