Necesito que me desarrollen un software de gestión de predios, con el cual voy a poder llevar el control de los pagos de alquileres y servicios de los predios (oficinas, casas, departamentos, etc) que alquilo a mis clientes.

El software debe ser web, en PHP o Ruby y base de datos MySQL
Necesito que me entreguen el código fuente, crearé un repositorio en bitbucket.org para que hagan los commits y ver el avance
