Aplicación web y  para móviles con android y IOS. Aplicación en la que un usuario elige una persona previamente incorporada en la base de datos para hacerle una pregunta y hacer un pago con tarjetas de credito, paypal y mercadopago para obtener la respuesta. Se debe guardar historial de las preguntas del usuario y la respuesta obtenida.
Se debe poder hacer ya sea desde una PC o móviles.
