Se trata de crear una APP para smartphone (Android e IOS) para que una Comunidad pequeña de usuarios, se pueda comunicar y compartir información, documentos y enlaces.
Para ello se crearán varios instrumentos de comunicación como chat síncrono, mensajería asíncrona, blog, repositorio de documentos y convocatorias.
Permitirá notificaciones push para avisar de la actividad a los usuarios
