I need a mobile app that gives the solution to the residents to check their individual lease information like (Current lease amount, period and any balances)

This app must help residents to see upcoming events and current alerts like (the month events, or fire alarm tests, freezing alerts and recommendations etc) vis app notifications

This app must help residents to also create maintenance tickets like (change the kitchen light bulbs, fix the fridge door ) and send notifications to the residents when problem is fixed
