DESCONSIDERE O PREÇO MÉDIO, DÊ O SEU
Preciso de um programa que se comunique com a api de algumas exchange de bitcoins, não sei dizer se todas tem api nem se é possivel fazer isso sem a api mesmo
preciso que o programa pegue o preço em cada exchange e calculando as taxas de cada um calcule se o saldo resultante da arbitragem é positivo, preferência alguém que já tenha particularidade com bitcoin e se já tiver um sistema desse pronto podemos conversar
as exchange são: walltime, foxbit,  mercado bitcoin, bitcoin trade, braziliex, negociecoins, bitcointoyou e flowbitcoin (verique antes se é possivel incluir todas pois como já disse não sei quanto a disponibilidade de api nem a viabilidade sem ela)
