Toilet) ~3m2


2.Scope of works:
2.1 Design/CAD drawing of:
- Structures (foundation,  concrete colums (4 units of reinforced concrete)
- roof - structures and roof tiles
- Thermal insulation
- Electrical (ligth and sockets)
- sewage of WC
- water distribution
- windows/doors
- roof tiles and rain water collector
- finishings (external stone, internal mansory)

2.2.Bill of materials

3. Services offer sould include scope detail,  price, payment conditions and delivery time.

Note: there are other expansion works to be inquired further the sucess completion of the present project
