Requiero de alguien con conocimiento en generación de plantillas .tpl
El maquetado HTML ya se tiene, pero para poder ser implementado en un sistema se requiere implementar archivos .tpl

Para este trabajo se requerirán controles de cambio hasta llegar al archivo final ideal.
El maquetado HTML se tiene a un 70% con este se tiene que generar ese primer .tpl y una vez que se tenga el 100% del archivo se tiene que también entregar este.
