Arreglar error 500 al modificar productos de prestashop

Cuando queremos modificar un articulo ya existente no carga bien la pestaña de asociaciones y salta un error 500. Se han modificado los valores del php del servidor a :

memory_limit = 128M
post_max_size 128M
max_execution_time 180
upload_max_filesize 12M
max_input_time 600
max_input_vars 5000

Aun así el problema persiste.
