Solucionar el siguiente problema vtiger 7.0:

En la sección AUTOMATIZACIÓN / flujo de trabajo. Hemos creado un flujo de trabajo, para el módulo COMENTARIOS, para que se envíe un email, cada vez que se publica un nuevo comentario, al usuario asignado  y una copia al usuario superior a quien este reporta.

El problema es que siempre envia un email, al autor del comentario, y no lo envía al usuario asignado, ni a su superior

Si tienes experiencia en vtiger 7.0, envíanos tu propuesta. Podrás resolverlo rápidamente,
