Esta plataforma va a ser utilizada para realizar cursos de capacitación, para diferentes ramas del saber; por lo que es fundamental que tenga una interfaz intuitiva, que permita ser comprensiva y fácil de utilizar. El diseño debe ser moderno de carácter innovador y no de estructura bajo una visión cuadrada y antigua. La plataforma debe desarrollarse desde 0, es decir no en base a moodle, chamilo, wordpress o cualquier otra plataforma existente.
