Attached you have a document with the purpose to explain the functionality expected from the Revit plugin.

Our clients need to apply a formula to calculate the area of the net surface of walls taking in consideration the individual dimension of windows/doors hosted on them. Basically depending of its size they sum the total area or part of that area to the net area of the wall.

We need to develop a plugin that do the math but also a UI with style and very friendly that people can use without training.
