Baseball classics game mobile app

Baseball Classics is a tabletop baseball game based on dice and color-coded player and game chart cards that is played using a game board and/or scoresheet. This project is to create a animated mobile app OR web app version of it.  The game needs to offer customers the ability to purchase it via the mobile platforms it runs on, have authentication, and must be able to played solo or against another user who has signed up for a monthly fee to play.  Offering chat in the game is a plus, but not required.

Note, there is already a web app version of Baseball Classics game, but it needs to be re-developed.  Screenshots attached.  Though there are game instructions for this web app of the game available to share, there is not a game design description document.  You are welcome to view the app to get ideas on YOUR design ideas to present to us for final approval, then provide that documentation to us as part of this project.
