Elaborar una página web completa parecida a mercadopago, pero que puedan pagar y recibir dinero a través de un código QR o correo electronico, que el cliente pueda ingresar dinero facil a traves de una transacción desde un banco venezolano, y puedan pagar o cobrar en cualquier parte.  Ademas se requiere su respectiva aplicación en móvil de teléfono para android, apple y blackberry
