You will be provided with guidelines, scripts, and reference content to maintain the brand voice and tone.

Project overview

We are a digital media agency working with creators who manage subscription-based online communities. The platform is similar to Patreon or Ko-fi, where fans subscribe to access exclusive content and communicate with creators. Our goal is to boost engagement, encourage renewals, and maintain a positive atmosphere for subscribers. This is a long-term role for someone who enjoys interacting with people via messaging platforms and has a friendly, persuasive writing style. Work will be tracked using a daily schedule. Previous experience in community management or customer support is a plus.
