Contexto general del proyecto

Must be Perfectly Bilingual (French-English oral, written & understanding) · Have at least an HND in Computer science, Technology, software or networking or Journalism /MSc or Marketing & Communiticaton or any related field. · Must have good laptop, smart phone and internet modem · You must master basic computer applications like windows operating systems, word processing as well as online tools like zoom, skype, google apps, etc .· Atleast a beginer in web design and graphic design or willing to learn faster · Must have an update to date social media( especially linkedin profile) · Flexibility, rigor and professional , Experience in startup is an added advantage. · Hands on experience developing content in text, photo and video in any industry or sector for editorial calenders . · Passion for technology, digital marketing and startup ecosystem . · Faster learner, self-motivated, Confidence and self-directed someone who takes initiatives always · Ability to multitask and handle atleast three different actitivities with optimal results. · Strong understanding of the changing landscape of integrated sales and marketing · Flexible and relentless work ethic; Driven to succeed in a fast-paced, high growth environment · Strong analytical skills and advanced project management skills, including handling multiple opportunities simultaneously, setting and meeting goals and efficient time management. · Experienced in the role of they are interested for and can are able to work with little or no supervision in such roles. · Constructively Ambitious to bring in positive change to VTC · Focused especially during working hours from 8:00- 17:30 H and possibility to continue online at home · Future- driven to even contribute to future projects of vtc like sims, erc.· Results-oriented & ability to meet goals and deadlines especially with tasks given without complaints or issue · Team-player with the ability to collaborate with all VTC key stakeholders and ability to work well in teams. · Ability to communicate candidly and persuasively by first listening and reacting accordingly · Proven startup or corporate work culture with the · Leadership: ability to lead teams, Demonstrated personal drive, stamina, · Most important be willing & proud to be part of a team like VTC that is working on solutions that are going to solve even their own daily life challenges · Willing to be at VTC for a period of atleast two years Summarily you will be trained to perform digital marketing & sales role for 1. VTC & Her projects like SIMS at the same time 2. VTC Clients projects Training Programm :Duration: 1 monthTraining mode: 100 practical from lecturer and 100 percent research & thoery to be done by youWorking conditions · The position is full time.
