Biography / memoir

Asalamalakum
I'm interested icommissioning your serive to write a biography / memoir about my parents.
I'd like to have it written in Urdu and then translated to English.
The idea is for you to connect directly with them individually to gather information about their lives and circumstances.
This would need to be done over Zoom or WhatsApp.
How's your comfort letter in speaking and understanding the three languages- urdu, Punjabi and English.
They may choose to share certain stories in Punjabi so I want to make sure there's no language barrier and that nothing is lost in translation.
I'd like to have each session recorded.

The idea is to get their life story on paper - from childhood to today.
I don't necessarily want to focus on the 'big items' but rather the short anecdotes of events that have shaped their lives or hold meaning for them in one manner or another with a particular focus on milestones.
