Crear botón o link de pago de mercado libre que permita introducir un monto variable.
Requiero:
1- Listado de scripts necesarios.
2- El código html, js, php del botón, EXPLICADO.


3- Pasos para relacionar a una cuenta de mercado libre/mercadopago.

El comportamiento debe ser el siguiente:
Se envía un valor por POST y el botón debe recibir el valor como monto a abonar.
Usar boostrap para que el botón se adapte a todos los dispositivos.
Se requiere ver una prueba del correcto funcionamiento.
