Brand guideline design for a coliving startup

I am seeking to develop a brand guideline for a new brand for my coliving space company. We provide flexible monthly stays targeted towards young millenials working in city centre.

The brand guideline will include:
1. Logo design
2. Branding Guideline (color palettes, font, shapes/patterns, icon etc).

3. Exterior merchandise design (business card, signages, flyer)
4. Interior merchandise design (bedroom access cards, shampoo bottle, bottled water, towels, mug, laundry bag etc)
5. Webpage UI Design with HTML (important to have)

To ease your work, we have done our homework research and have narrowed down to suitable companies for your reference - very clear with what we want and need.

Constant and clear communication with designer with clear direction will be provided throughout the project. I have also done a Brand Guideline Guidance File for your reference.

Experience in building brand guideline for young target market in particular in lifestyle products such as cafe, apparel brands, coworking space will be an added advantage.

Contexto general del proyecto

We are running conventional coliving bedroom and apartment studio rentals, without a strong and solid branding. So now we would like to build our brand awareness with the help of a new branding guideline. We have done extensive research on our end and got a clear idea on the direction of the branding and functionality of the webpages.
