Bug: Comparevalidator se acciona después de hacer Postback

Se tiene una aplicación Web con un GridView con una columna que nos permite agregar, consultar y eliminar archivos (RadUpload). Cuando damos clic en la opción eliminar se hace un PostBack, éste PostBack hace que el control CompareValidator correspondiente a un campo fuera del GridView se accione y muestre su mensaje de validación aún y cuando se tiene valores válidos en el control.
