Tenho um site PTC e gostaria de resolver dois bugs.

1º Bug Usuário: usuário tenta acessar a sua conta e aparece outro usuário. Teve usuário que logou e apareceu a conta do admin.

2º Casas decimais: Gostaria que mostrasse apenas 3 casas exe: 3.205 está aparecendo assim 3.2049999999999.
