Hi, if you have the knowledge and experience to build a very simple but highly effective URL scrapper send your proposal and estimated delivery time.

This tool must be built on PHP and or js. If it needs a DB it must be a MySQL.

The tool's intended purpose is to be used as a funnel spy to see which pages a competitor has created on certain domains.
