Build fast frequency sweep system using sdr

Dear All .

I looking to build RF system (sensors) which will sweep range of frequency and analysis the frequencies to get info such as (frequency, power , channel , modulation...Etc. ).
The worker can choose the best way to deliver high reliable system and can choose to use fpga , som module , any strong sdr …

in the finish of the project , the worker should handle docs and source code and other stuff after explanation of the system .

This is first phase of project ,,
if every thing go fine … we continue to 2nd stage which build system can decode the frequency and get basic info …
