En el sitio http://casaideal.com.pe

Necesito cambiar la imagen abajo que dice Almudena por una similar linceada a otro sitio web

También necesito cambiar en el menú de proyectos en ventas la pagina que dice Almudena a otra pagina web fuera del sitio.

El sitio esta en php. Debería ser algo relativamente sencillo.
