I have a lot of professional shot video clips to work with on this project. Below is the description the client gave. I will update whomever I use for the edit on specific clips to use from our vault.

We can use stills from our previous shoot.
Can get creative with video layout, like showing murals fade tiles in and out when showing Mills50, or splitting the screen to fade murals in and out while going down Mills50.
· 1st scene: “Here’s the property”- Entrance into the property through Mills Park - capture exterior building and overview of shopping center
-Shopping Center is called Mills Park Shopping Center, contains Fresh Market, Fire Birds, Sushi Bar. Avoid showing each individual place, more overview to keep video brief. 1500 N Mills Ave, Orlando, FL 32803
-“Sexy” overview of property, nice high angle (maybe aerial rounding corner of building).
Night drone might be nice too if lit well enough.
· 2nd Scene: Entrance into the building through the lobby, touring the gallery and highlighting the art in the gallery, fitness center, and finishing with the clubroom.
· 3rd scene: Incorporate STILLS of apartment features in kitchen, winebar, living room, bathroom with drone footage leading out to the balcony to capture the view of the courtyard/pool area. The drone will lower to highlight the pool area/courtyard

· 4th scene: The zone will flow to the dog park and walking trail that extends to the Urban Trail to Lake Formosa.
This will be twilight footage to capture the sunset.

Location: 1010 Virginia Drive, along the Urban Trail. BI (There are a few murals down the trail)
* 5th scene: Drone flows down Mills50, we will be highlighting some of the popular murals in the area. This will also be twilight footage to capture Mills’ neon lights- but light enough to completely show what we are trying to capture.
