Saludos estimados, el proyecto se trata de crear una aplicaciòn web (En php o Node.js) que consuma el API de Telegram, para crear mi propio chat. Las características del Chat deben ser:
1. Enviar mensajes de texto
2.
Enviar documentos adjuntos
Además la aplicacion debe tener un API que pueda ser consumido por otros sitemas.
Tanto para el punto 1 como el 2 debe usarse el API de Telegram, no desarrollar una funcionalidad propia.
