Quiero hacer un chatbot para mi negocio que sea capaz de cualificar y redirigir con un agente real a traves de WhatsApp. Las funciones del bot deben ser enviar texto, imagenes, sea capaz de redirigir con un agente y que pueda desactivarse la funcion del AI para que el agente pueda proceder con la conversacion.
